The Client contacted us to convert this beautiful family pool house into a vacation rental that other families could enjoy. The inspiration behind this fun bold space was the natural beauty of Coastal North Florida. We wanted to make the visitors feel like they were in the lush botanical gardens, waterside retreats and along the white sand beaches.

This quaint 1960s bungalow features an amazing screened in pool. Our design philosophy for this vacation rental conversion was relaxed and casual comfort. We selected easy going furniture and durable fabrics.

We worked with the client to convert her home from primary residence to a vacation rental. Using her current design aesthetic as inspiration we leaned into a theme of inclusion, fun and family.

Nestled in a quite alcove of the rapidly growing community of Garden City in North Jacksonville, this 1200 square foot townhouse was completely updated from its original builder’s basic style.

This home has been the nerve center of a large, close-knit family for nearly 30 years. Build in the 1990s by Pulte Homes, the house had a lovely layout that didn’t need any changes.
